ELIZABETH HURST

I went on my first run, 10 painful minutes with my dad, in 2000. Four years later I finished top 5 in the State for Cross Country, and haven’t looked back! Running is a huge part of who I am, through college, multiple moves, two kids, graduate school and teaching, running has always been a constant. Running changed my life, and as a coach, it is my goal to help athletes find that passion and purpose in their running as well.

I am a USATF Level 1 certified coach and have coach high school cross country and track for 5 years. My strength as a coach is the relationships I build with my athletes that allow me to help them define their goals and develop a personalized plan that grows with the athlete.
